the forums you just ed this on

Should do some browsing on the forums you just ed this on. There is answers to all those questions you asked with a little reading. In ft there all rent too. There are threads with elemental builds, resto builds, enhaement builds, play styles, fighting styles, and even gear lists. Little more reseah would get you a long way. Not trying to be rude but theres no point in ing it here when there is plenty of good threads that have all that info already.
Again not to be rude, but isnt this what forums are meant for? asking questions and diussing? Not a few people ing "ultimate" guides?

Ok i guess iould look arounda bit from now on, maybe i was just a little defensive bause last time i asked a simple question in Hunter forums it started a whole problem. Thank you Seease.
No problem... I'm hopped up on my pain meds and willing to talk about my adve on Elemental... First off, I have a poly... Try not to put points into a talent unless you are going to max it out. That being said, I'llomment on both the builds you have, although the first one isopied in your sond build. The en areas you have points in, are understandable early on. You've already dided as an elemental enthusiast that you will be using a 1hd and shield versus a staff for the majority of the time. That would explain the 2 pts in the Shield sp. The Aestral Knowledge is ne, but even at the point where you have 10k mana, it'll only give you an extra 500 mana. For an elemental shaman, that's only 2 lightning bolts.... aka, with a small mana pool, that's really not that mh. When you ftor in that you have to spend 5 whole points on it, I feel it is not prtal. Early in the game, Ghost Wolf is great, and if you pvp, it might still be useful (blizz would not have put in the pvp gear a bonus to rede the time if they didn't think you'd be using it, but that's from a while bk). However, oe you get your mount, it is less useful, and your ep mount and flying mount, and you use ghost wolf as a novelty. The Stoneskin totem buff that you get from guardian totems is good, but even at high levels, the totem itself does not blk a whole lot of damage, and the talent will only add an additional 7 damage blked per hit... again, not really worthy of the two talent points. Let me say before I'm flamed by en sps, that these talents, I find, as an elemental shaman myself, are not worth sinking the points in to making a goodgreat elemental shaman. They have more use for you guys, and I had points spent in them too when I was en. Now, for the elemental talent tree. And sorry if I am abrupt- onvtion andoussion- Great talents to have, and they set a good baseline. Earth's Grasp andall of Flame are almost useless. Stoneskin and Earthbind are for multi-mob pulls and for pvp, not really worth the points. Improved Fire Nova and Elemental Devastation are useless as well. IFN are spialtyases, again, mostly for multi-mobs. ED is for EnElem sp shamans, who want the shks they use to help with their melee. As an elemental shaman who will probably be using a shield (mobs will reh us casionally and start beating on us, so it's ne to have some more armor), the weapons we hold should never go above 41.6 dps or so. This is bause those weapons are the aster-line' of weapons. Daggers, mes, things like that that have the equ efft of ireasing damage to spells. Look for these, get these, keep these. Eye of the Storm- Itan be really useful, espially in grinding on tougher mobs. I don't have points in this one myself, but Ian see where you would want it. If you pvp, this probably is mh more useful, as you'll be gettingritted a lot. Storm Reh, Elemental Fury, Unrelenting Storm- All great and very useful to have. Bolts from further mean less time ralling and rasting totems to grind, more mana regen, and huge ass numbers forrits. Elemental Prision is another one that youould put in, but I didn't. The gear you will get -60 willome mixed with +hit and rit spell gear. Get some +hit if you see a lot of resists, and it'll start to happen less. Elemental Mastery- Y
